Shipping Policy

Every piece is made to order by hand. Here's the honest timeline:

• Crafting time: 2–3 business days from order confirmation (photo review included).
• United States: 6–10 business days, tracked. Free on orders over $60, otherwise $6.90.
• Europe, Canada, Australia: 7–12 business days, tracked.
• Rest of world: 10–18 business days depending on destination.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Order page. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control, but we'll always help you trace a parcel — just write to us.

Returns & Remake Promise

Because each keepsake is personalized with your pet's name and photo, we cannot resell returned items — so instead of a standard return policy, we offer something simpler:

• 30-day remake promise: If anything isn't right — a misspelled name, a flaw in the engraving, damage in transit — contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will remake and reship your piece free of charge.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before crafting begins.
• Refunds: If a remake isn't possible or a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Photo quality: If your uploaded photo won't engrave cleanly, we email you within 24 hours to request a new one — you're never charged twice.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order:

• Order information: name, email, shipping address — used solely for crafting, shipping and order support.
• Pet photos: used only to create your engraving artwork. Photos are never published, shared or used in marketing without your written permission.
• Payment: processed by PayPal and certified payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics: we count page visits to understand what customers love. No advertising trackers, no data sale — ever.

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Terms of Service

• Pawcasso Studio sells handcrafted, personalized pet keepsakes made to order.
• By placing an order you confirm the personalization details (names, dates, photos) you submit are correct and that you own the rights to the photos you upload.
• Because each piece is handmade, minor variations in engraving tone and finish are part of the craft, not defects.
• Prices are in USD. Promotions cannot be combined. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property rights.
• These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first — email us and we'll make it right.
