Will the engraving fade?
No. It is cut into solid metal — waterproof, scratch-resistant, made for everyday wear on their collar or your keys.
Can I return a personalized item?
Custom pieces can't be resold, so we offer a 30-day remake promise: anything isn't right, we remake it free.
What photo works best?
Any clear, well-lit photo where their face fills the frame. Our artists review every upload and email you within 24 hours if it won't engrave cleanly.
