Photo guide
Start with the clearest version of them.
A strong source image makes facial markings, ears and expression easier to preserve.
Use a photo that is
- Sharp and in focus
- Bright enough to see the eyes and markings
- Front-facing or a clear three-quarter view
- Free of filters, stickers and heavy shadows
- Large enough that the face fills much of the frame
Avoid photos that are
- Blurry, pixelated or screenshots of tiny images
- Backlit or almost completely dark
- Blocked by hands, blankets, cages or another pet
- Cropped through the ears or chin when the full head is needed
- Images you do not have permission to use

Personalization checklist
- Enter the name exactly as it should appear, including capitalization.
- For ID tags, include country code if the phone number should work internationally.
- Check finish, size and other options before adding the item.
- Review the cart before payment.
If the photo is unsuitable, production should pause while support requests another image. A response delay may move the delivery estimate.
